HVAC Service Focused on Finding the Real Problem
Heating and cooling issues are not always obvious from the first symptom. Pauly’s HVAC & Fabrication takes a systematic approach to HVAC diagnostics, checking system operation, controls, airflow, electrical components, temperatures, and other relevant conditions before recommending a repair.
For maintenance visits, we look beyond a quick visual check. Cleaning, inspection, testing, adjustments, and identifying worn or developing issues can help improve reliability and reduce the chance of unexpected breakdowns when your system is working hardest.

Licensed & Insured HVAC Service
A Thorough HVAC Inspection Goes Beyond the Obvious
System Operation & Temperatures
We evaluate how the equipment starts, runs, cycles, and delivers conditioned air, including temperature changes that can help reveal performance problems.
Thermostats & Controls
Thermostats, sensors, relays, boards, and system controls all affect HVAC operation. Faulty settings or components can cause inconsistent or unreliable performance.
Electrical Components
Capacitors, contactors, wiring, motors, connections, and other electrical components are checked for problems that can lead to intermittent operation or system failure.
Airflow & Filtration
Restricted filters, blower issues, blocked returns, dirty components, or duct problems can reduce airflow, hurt comfort, and place additional strain on HVAC equipment.
Coils, Drains & Cleanliness
Dirty coils, clogged condensate drains, debris, and buildup can affect heat transfer, drainage, efficiency, and indoor system operation.
Wear & Safety Conditions
Routine service can uncover loose parts, worn components, abnormal operating conditions, and other issues that may need attention before they become larger repairs.
What Keeps Your HVAC System Running Reliably?
01
Accurate Diagnostics
Good HVAC repair starts with finding the real cause of the problem. System history, temperatures, airflow, electrical readings, controls, and operating behavior can all help narrow down the issue before parts are replaced.
02
Preventive System Care
Routine maintenance helps keep equipment clean, adjusted, and operating as intended. Filters, coils, drains, motors, electrical connections, safety controls, and other components can all affect reliability when neglected.
03
Repair Quality & Follow-Through
A successful repair should restore proper operation, not just temporarily hide a symptom. After service, the system should be tested, operating conditions verified, and any developing concerns explained so you know what to watch for.

gary45 days agoI was a pleasure to work with Pauly’s Fabrication and HVAC. I reached out to them to see if they could examine and service our furnace as well as examine the existing tank since ours was an older installation. I was surprised how promptly they were able to fit me in the schedule. The furnace checked out fine so they cleaned and serviced the furnace. Paul thought that the oil tank was probably OK but recommended keeping an eye on it because it had a bit of surface rust and was an older tank. I let him know that we use the place seasonally and my wife wouldn’t feel comfortable for us to just keep an eye on it. I asked him to work up a quote on installing a new tank. He said he would get one out to me when he got back home. He sent an itemized quote and I found the price to be In the low mid range of what one would expect to pay. Because he was as prompt as he was in scheduling me, getting back to me with the itemized quote and the initial service I signed the contract for him to do the tank installation. I would recommend Pauly’s Fabrication & HVAC to anyone. Gary S.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()

Sean Ryan167 days agoI couldn’t be happier with the service. He found a leak in the system gave me options on repair verses replacement. Was quick to follow up and get the repair completed and had my system back running within a day. The thing that stood out was he took the time to level my outside unit back up without being asked. Just those small details that make a difference. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()

Alicia Brown344 days agoHe was very friendly and answered all questions I had. When asking about why we were having so many issues, he explained that prior people had system set up where it was rubbing on metal creating hole. He adjusted it so that it wouldn't be a problem. He kept me informed on how long it would take him and what he was working on. I will be reaching out to them if i have any future problems as they were very easy to work with and I recommend to anyone with issues!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()

HVAC Repair & Maintenance FAQs
Get answers to common questions about HVAC diagnostics, repairs, tune-ups, preventive maintenance, system performance, and heating and cooling service in Pine Grove, PA.
HVAC diagnostics involve more than looking at the symptom. Depending on the problem, the system may be checked for airflow, temperature changes, thermostat operation, electrical components, controls, motors, refrigerant-side issues, ignition components, or other conditions that can affect performance.
Most heating and cooling equipment should receive routine professional maintenance at least once a year. Homes with separate heating and cooling equipment may benefit from seasonal service so each system is inspected before its busiest time of year.
The exact work depends on the equipment, but a tune-up may include inspecting and cleaning key components, checking system operation, evaluating airflow, examining electrical connections and controls, checking drainage, and looking for wear or developing problems.
Maintenance cannot guarantee that equipment will never fail, but routine inspections can uncover worn parts, dirty components, loose connections, drainage problems, airflow restrictions, and other conditions before they turn into larger failures.
Higher energy use can be related to dirty filters or coils, restricted airflow, duct leakage, thermostat issues, worn components, equipment problems, or changes in how the system is operating. Diagnostics can help determine whether maintenance, repair, or another correction is needed.
Call for service if the system stops heating or cooling properly, will not start, repeatedly cycles, makes new or unusual noises, produces unusual odors, leaks, trips breakers, or shows another sudden change in operation. Those symptoms may require repair rather than routine maintenance.
That depends on the equipment’s age, condition, repair history, efficiency, comfort performance, and the cost and severity of the current problem. A diagnostic visit can help determine whether a repair is reasonable or whether replacement should be considered.
Pauly’s HVAC & Fabrication provides repair and maintenance for a range of residential heating and cooling equipment, including central air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, boilers, thermostats, and related HVAC components.
